What happened

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to de-clutter and clean the rental unit by September 30, 2021. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant must pay the Landlord's $186 application fee by September 30, 2021, or interest will accrue.
