What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to substantial interference with the Landlord's lawful rights, privileges and interests. The Landlord claimed the rental unit was in an unclean and unsanitary condition.
The ruling
The Tenant is ordered to de-clutter and clean the rental unit by September 30, 2021. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant must pay the Landlord's $186 application fee by September 30, 2021, or interest will accrue.
