What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenants to pay the rent they owed. The Tenants were in possession of the rental unit on the date the application was filed, but had vacated the unit on August 15, 2021.

The Tenants were ordered to pay the Landlord $2,621.90 in rent arrears and $201.00 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants did not pay the full amount by March 11, 2022, they would start owing interest on the outstanding balance.
