What happened

The ruling
The tenancy was terminated effective August 14, 2020, the date the Tenant returned vacant possession to the Landlord. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $2,273.35, which represents $2,083.35 in arrears and the application filing fee of $190.00. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 15, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
