What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The parties had submitted a payment agreement to the Board prior to the hearing.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay $1,809.27 in arrears, NSF charges, and costs, with a payment plan. The Landlord's eviction application is denied on the condition the Tenant makes the required payments. If the Tenant fails to make the payments, the Landlord may apply for termination and eviction.
