What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was previously resolved by an order issued on July 27, 2021. The Tenant requested a review of that order and a stay, which was granted on August 11, 2021. The review hearing was held on November 23, 2021, but the Tenant did not call back into the hearing as instructed.

The request to review the original order is denied. The original order issued on July 27, 2021 is confirmed and remains unchanged. The interim stay order issued on August 11, 2021 is cancelled.
