What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $4,980.00 by July 25, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by July 25, 2022, and pay $4,443.00 plus $13.15 per day from June 21, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting July 26, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
