What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent as per the previous order issued by the LTB on November 23, 2022.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 28, 2023. The Tenants must vacate the unit by this date. If they do not, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction starting March 29, 2023. The Landlord is authorized to deduct $54.07 per day from the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenants to cover compensation for the Tenants' continued occupation of the unit after March 18, 2023.
