Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant, another occupant, or a person the Tenant permitted in the residential complex seriously impairing the safety of any person.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant is terminated as of January 26, 2021, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 23, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
