The tenancy is terminated effective May 17, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $9,385.28 plus $41.06 per day starting May 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 17, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
