The ruling

The previous LTB order is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the tenant must vacate the unit by September 4, 2021. The tenant must pay the landlord $7,051.99 plus $40.24 per day starting August 25, 2021 until the tenant vacates. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by September 4, 2021, the tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
