The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 18, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,118 in rent arrears and costs, plus $40.83 per day in compensation starting June 1, 2020 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 18, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
