What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The Tenant was found to have engaged in excessive noise and behavior that substantially interfered with other tenants' reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant is terminated, and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before January 24, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
