The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by October 30, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,395 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $7.96 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting October 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 30, 2021, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
