What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant had paid the outstanding rent arrears prior to the hearing date.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $78.21, which represents the remaining amount owed. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 10, 2021, the Tenant will start accruing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
