Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because they or another occupant of the rental unit have committed an illegal act or have carried out, or permitted someone to carry out an illegal trade, business or occupation in the rental unit or the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 26, 2021. The Tenants must move out by September 26, 2021 and pay the Landlord $201 for the application filing cost. If the Tenants do not pay by September 26, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
