The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 16, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,368.17 plus $36.07 per day starting March 6, 2021 until the unit is vacated. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 16, 2021, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
