The ruling

The parties have agreed to a payment plan to address the rent arrears. The Tenant shall pay $7,767.01, which represents the rent owing to June 30, 2021 and the Landlord's filing fee, by paying $337.50 every second Tuesday starting on June 29, 2021 and continuing the monthly rent on or before the first day of each month until the full balance has been paid. If the Tenant fails to make a payment, the outstanding balance shall become immediately due and owing, and the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
