What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The parties reached an agreement to resolve the application prior to the hearing.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $110 in outstanding application fees according to the agreed payment schedule. The Tenant shall also pay the lawful monthly rent that becomes due during the period in which the arrears are to be paid. If the Tenant does not make the required payments, the Landlord may ask the Board to reopen the application.
