What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's dogs attacking and injuring two individuals in the residential complex, which the Landlord alleged was a breach of the previous order requiring the Tenant to refrain from any illegal activity or activity that could seriously impair the safety of others.

The ruling

Order TEL-18357-21, which terminated the tenancy, is set aside. The previous order TEL-92937-18 remains in effect, and the Tenant is given another opportunity to preserve her tenancy.
