The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 16, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,084.93 for rent arrears up to November 5, 2020, plus $17.79 per day for compensation for use of the unit from November 6, 2020 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 16, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest starting November 17, 2020.
