What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 29, 2021. The tenants must pay the landlord $1,859.32 plus $9.99 per day starting November 19, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the full amount is not paid by November 29, 2021, the tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
