What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord had previously obtained an order, but the Tenant did not comply with the terms of that order, so the Landlord requested the application be re-opened.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 11, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,858.55 (less any payments made after October 21, 2020), plus $11.93 per day starting April 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $175.00 for the application filing costs. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 11, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
