What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex or another lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant, and because the number of people living in the rental unit is more than permitted by health, safety or housing standards.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective December 3, 2021, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 3, 2021, they will owe interest starting December 4, 2021.
