The ruling

The Tenant is entitled to compensation in the amount of $710.00 for out of pocket costs of his continued stay at the Park. The Tenant is also entitled to $1,000.00 in damages for interference with reasonable enjoyment. The Landlords shall pay the Tenant the full amount of $1,960.78 by March 31, 2022.
