What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $3,427.50 by August 28, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must vacate by August 28, 2022, and pay $2,499.94 plus $35.11 per day from August 5, 2022, until move-out. The Tenant may make a motion to void the order under section 74(11) if full payment is made before eviction enforcement.
