What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $9,512.97 to void the order by September 30, 2022. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $7,158.53 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by September 30, 2022. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $38.66 per day starting September 1, 2022 until the date the Tenant moves out.
