What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant paid all arrears for the period ending February 28, 2021, plus an additional $2.89 after the Landlord filed the application. The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $183.11, which represents the outstanding portion of the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before March 6, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
