The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the full monthly rent no later than the 1st of each month from October 2021 to September 2022. If the Tenant fails to make any payment, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant is also ordered to pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application.
