What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The Tenant had agreed not to threaten any person on the premises and to not leave their dog unattended in common areas, but the Landlord reported the Tenant violated these conditions.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by August 16, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
