What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's behavior, including excessive noise, harassment, and installation of a hazardous fire pit table and citronella torches without permission. The Landlord served two N5 notices, and the Tenant failed to void the first notice.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $41.05 per day for use of the unit until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owed by November 30, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest on the outstanding balance.
