What happened

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $6,209.11, which represents the arrears of rent owing up to September 30, 2020 and the application filing fee. The Tenants shall pay the rent for October 2020, plus $500.00 on or before October 28, 2020. The Tenants shall pay the arrears according to a payment plan over the next 12 months. If the Tenants fail to make the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
