What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 31, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $4,248.35 plus $32.35 per day starting August 21, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by August 31, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
