What happened

Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them, entered the rental unit illegally and substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex by the Tenants or by a member of their household.

The ruling

The Tenants' request for review is granted. The previous order is cancelled and the matter is adjourned to a date to be set by the Board to hear the merits of the Tenants' application. The Tenants and Landlord must provide evidence to each other and the Board 5 days prior to the next hearing.
