The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 19, 2022 due to the Tenant seriously impairing the safety of another resident. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $201 for the application filing fee and daily compensation of $5.56 per day from November 1, 2022 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owed by November 19, 2022, they will start accruing interest at 4% annually on the outstanding balance.
