What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to pay rent arrears as specified in a previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 14, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,033.95, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order and the rent owed from August to October 2021, less the rent deposit and interest. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 14, 2021, they will owe interest starting December 15, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by December 14, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
