What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent. The Landlord served a valid N8 Notice, which the Tenants did not dispute receiving.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the monthly rent on or before the 10th of each month from December 2021 to November 2022. If the Tenants fail to make any one of these payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlord $201 for the cost of filing the application.
