The ruling
The Landlord's L1 application was discontinued. For the L2 application, the Tenant shall pay the lawful monthly rent to the Landlord in full on or before the first day of each month for the next 12 consecutive months, from March 1, 2021 to February 28, 2022. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant shall also pay the outstanding file fee of $190.00 on or before March 11, 2021.
