What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on February 22, 2021 with respect to application CEL-92895-20. The condition was that the Tenant failed to pay March 2021 rent on or before March 1, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before April 3, 2021. If the unit is not vacated on or before April 3, 2021, then starting April 4, 2021, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
