What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlords in good faith require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for at least one year.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before August 1, 2022. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $44.38 in daily compensation for use and occupation of the rental unit from August 1, 2022 until the Tenant moves out. The Landlord must apply the last month's rent deposit to the last month of the tenancy. If the unit is not vacated by August 1, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
