What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to their failure to meet certain conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board on January 27, 2021 with respect to application SOL-15739-20.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before May 29, 2021. The Landlords are authorized to offset certain amounts from the amount they owe the Tenants.
