The parties consented to an order where the Tenant shall pay $10,270.00 for rent arrears and the Landlord's application filing fee, and the Tenant shall pay $290.00 per week on every Friday starting October 30, 2020 until all arrears and monthly rent are paid in full. If the Tenant fails to make any payment, the outstanding balance shall become immediately due and owing, and the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
