What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The landlord can offset $66.40 per day for use of the unit starting July 22, 2021 and the $186 application fee. The tenant can void the order by paying $2,225.38 by July 31, 2021 or $4,245.13 by August 1, 2021.
