The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 15, 2022, unless Tenants void the order by paying $5,376.00 by that date. Tenants must pay $1,894.90 for rent arrears and compensation up to March 4, 2022, plus $56.88 per day from March 5, 2022 until they move out. Tenants must also pay $186.00 for the application filing fee. If full payment is not made by March 15, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting March 16, 2022.
