What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 5, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $10,322.03, plus $52.18 per day starting November 25, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 5, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
