What happened

The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated on December 31, 2022 unless the Tenants pay $4,383.50 by November 30, 2022 or $6,633.50 by December 31, 2022 to void the order. If the Tenants do not pay, they must vacate the unit by December 31, 2022. The Landlord is also entitled to compensation of $73.97 per day for the Tenants' continued occupation after October 12, 2022.
