What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant gave a notice to terminate the tenancy. The Tenant left the rental unit by the termination date, but the Tenant's guest remained in the rental unit without the Tenant's permission and refused to leave.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before March 5, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
