What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Landlords served a valid N4 Notice, which the Tenants did not void by paying the arrears. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 30, 2023, unless the Tenants void the order by paying $14,786.00 by March 31, 2023, or $15,786.00 by April 30, 2023. If the order is not voided, Tenants must pay $12,727.00 to the Landlords, plus $32.88 per day from March 1, 2023, until they vacate. The Tenants have one opportunity to file a motion to void the order if they pay the full amount owing before the Sheriff enforces the eviction.
