What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Landlords require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation. The parties subsequently signed an agreement to terminate the tenancy on October 31, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated as of October 31, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before October 31, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
