The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 10, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $9,619.22 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $35.53 per day starting December 31, 2020 until the Tenant vacates. The Tenant must also pay $175 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 10, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
