The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 8, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $703.40, which includes rent arrears up to January 28, 2021 and the costs from the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay $29.14 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting January 29, 2021 until the Tenant moves out.
